What's an Adventure Stay?

Wake up. Adventure. Repeat.

You know that trip you keep meaning to plan? The one that dies in the group text under 47 messages about who's booking what? We built the fix.

A StayInnOZ Adventure Stay is a scheduled, all-inclusive, guided multi-day getaway in Northwest Arkansas — world-class singletrack, Ozark limestone, caves and creeks, chef dinners, and Arkansas bonfires — hosted on our private 17-acre estate just outside Bentonville. The lodging, the guides, the gear, the shuttles, the meals: one price, everything in.

Come solo, bring your other half, or roll deep with the whole crew — you're our people either way. Rooms are sold like tickets on set dates, so all you decide is when. We take the thinking out and add the adventure.

How It Works

Four steps. Zero spreadsheets.

From "we should do a trip" to standing on an Ozark bluff — without a single planning meeting.

01
Pick Your Stay
Choose a scheduled departure and reserve your room — King Suite or Two Fulls. That's the whole job.
02
Get Guided
Local pros lead every excursion — bikes, ropes, paddles, and shuttles included, matched to your level.
03
Eat Well
Chef dinners, restaurant-catered suppers, and a Bentonville food crawl. Nobody's grilling burgers over a car argument.
04
Recover
Back to the basecamp — pool (in season), fire pits, and the kind of quiet you can't book downtown.

Good Questions

Everything you'd ask before you book.

Each Stay is sold by the room, and every room sleeps two — choose a King Suite or a Two-Full-Beds room when you reserve. Seven rooms total (five in the Farmhouse, two in the Barn), so launch capacity is 14 guests per departure. Room preferences are honored in waitlist order.

Please do. Cohorts are small, tables are shared, and guides make sure nobody rides alone. Solo travelers book a room to themselves (or tell us you're open to a Two-Fulls share and we'll play matchmaker).

Everything on the itinerary: lodging at the private basecamp, every guided excursion with vetted local outfitters, bikes and gear, trailhead shuttles, chef-crafted and restaurant-catered meals, snacks, and hosted evenings. You cover travel to Bentonville and anything you buy in town. No activity fees, no surprise line items.

Cancel 30+ days before arrival for a 100% refund, 14–29 days for a 50% refund; under 14 days is non-refundable. The waitlist itself involves no payment — there's nothing to cancel until you confirm a room.

Every level is welcome. Guides split groups by ability — the same ride day can be mellow greenway flow for one rider and a 20-foot road-gap progression for another. Winter Wellness Stays are deliberately easy. If you can walk a trail and laugh at dinner, you're qualified.

The Ozarks are famously dramatic and famously quick to clear. Guides re-sequence days around weather (that's the point of having them), and the basecamp is built for rained-out afternoons — climbing wall, shuffleboard, fireplaces, and a very competitive pickleball scene when courts are dry.

Handled. We collect dietary needs before arrival and the chef plans around them — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, and "I just don't like mushrooms" all respected without ceremony.

Fly into Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) — direct from Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Charlotte, and other hubs — and you're 12 minutes from the basecamp at 8442 E McNelly Rd, Bentonville. Driving? You'll beat your luggage.

Trail clothes, a swimsuit (in season), and something comfortable for dinner. Bikes, helmets, climbing gear, and shuttles are included; bring your own saddle, shoes, or pedals if you're particular. A full packing list arrives with your confirmation.

Scheduled cohort Stays are 18+ so the group gels. Families are a perfect fit for a private buyout or a Design-Your-Own Stay — the stair slide, the pool (in season), and the creek were basically built for kids. Tell us ages and we'll build around them.
